This full-service commercial office design by designPsych Interiors transforms a 1,200-square-foot real estate workspace into a warm, connected, and inclusive environment that reflects both the professionalism and community-centered spirit of the client’s brand.

Inspired by the meaning of nabo—neighbor in Norwegian—and the concept of dugnad—community work— the space is designed to foster collaboration, unity, and a sense of shared purpose, creating an inviting co-workspace atmosphere where clients and colleagues can visit, work, consult, and build relationships.

CO-WORK SPACE, WORK STATIONS,
and CONVERSATION CORNER

Scandinavian-influenced simplicity, natural woodwork, are thoughtfully layered with Nabo Realty’s branding tones of teal and goldenrod to elevate the space into a cohesive design. Functional elements such as dedicated work and supply areas, transitional workstations, integrated storage, and a place for branded materials ensure the space is as practical as it is welcoming.

The branded teal and goldenrod are joined by a rose tone featured in the accent colors of hand-woven rugs, pottery, and pillows placed throughout, and acting as a pop of color in more private spaces, including the kitchen, quiet room for meetings, and the bathroom.
